Community Market

The Community Market of East Alabama is a grocery store style market for those who are suffering from food insecurity in Lee County. This market is funded by the Food Bank of East Alabama and is run by Cindy Duff. During my time at the Community Market, I have gotten to create recipes for clients, create nutrition education guides, do personalized nutrition assessments, and complete a grant. This was a great rotation and opportunity to give to the community in Lee County!
