EXTRACURRICULARS & PASSIONS
In my capacity as the Membership Vice President for my sorority, Gamma Phi Beta at Auburn University, I assumed a role that entailed orchestrating the entirety of the Fall 2024 formal recruitment process for our chapter. This encompassed responsibilities such as making comprehensive schedules, engaging in public speaking, and providing leadership to over 200 women. In addition, I was tasked with the challenging role of coordinating and arranging food deliveries for our recruitment events. Not only did these culinary provisions need to satisfy the dietary needs and restrictions of our group, but they also needed to ensure an above adequate dining experience for all participants.
I have had the privilege and the opportunity to run and complete two half marathons. My journey began with training for my first half marathon in November 2022, resulting in my successful run in February 2023 in Seaside, Florida. Also, I achieved another remarkable milestone by running another half marathon in the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia in April. I am deeply grateful for my body's capability and thank it infinitely for making these experiences possible. These runs have not only allowed me to explore beautiful destinations but also provided me with the fulfilling experience of traveling while being surrounded by the support of my family and friends. I am looking forward to continuing this hobby of running throughout my future!
Working as a model at Behind The Glass in Auburn, Alabama has been a wonderful privilege for me. This experience serves as a creative and enjoyable outlet outside of my academic pursuits, offering a unique dimension to my life. Beyond the modeling, Behind The Glass is a local business, and through my time there, I've had the pleasure of forming meaningful connections with the dedicated staff and fellow models. I look forward to every Tuesday when I get to be a part of this vibrant community at Behind The Glass, and I'm excited to continue this hobby that brings me so much joy.
